Director, Services Division

(Effective January 1, 2010)

Namtra Corporation, a profitable IT solutions company in Reston, VA seeks a Director for its new Software Division. The individual we hire will share our entrepreneurial spirit and have a "can do" attitude, along with the technical and business skills to grow a profitable division within our 10 year-old company.

The Director is responsible for managing the daily operation of the Services Division and ensuring its success. Currently, the Company provides technical personnel to prime government contractors and other organizations. Its current direct clients include GE, Inter-American Development Bank, others.

The Director plans and directs the following functions: business development, bids and proposals, and service delivery. The Director reports to the CEO and is a member of the Senior Management Team.

Initially, the Director will organize the division's work practices for optimum efficiency, relying on his/her personal skills to perform tasks, supported by a Sales and Marketing Manager and a Staffing-Recruiting Manager.

As the Division grows, the Director will hire additional staff and coordinate their work to accomplish Division objectives. The Director is responsible for controlling the staff, contractors, workflow, and financial performance of the Namtra Services Division.

Qualifications - The person we hire for this growth position will have the following qualifications:

Experience sourcing service contracts from government agencies, prime contractors, and sub-contractors.
Current relationships in the Northern Virginia government contracting industry
Ability to be the "face" of an 8(a) service business with 14 NAICS codes of opportunity
Experience recruiting and managing teams, including IT technical personnel
Energized by working in an entrepreneurial setting and managing for results
Exceptional project management skills
Business degree; MBA preferred

Compensation Package:

$96,000 to $108,000 depending on experience
Company paid medical benefits
Performance-based bonus system

Director, Services Division

Namtra Corporation, a process improvement company in Reston, VA seeks a Director for its new Services Division. The individual we hire will share our entrepreneurial spirit and have a "can do" attitude, along with the business skills to grow a division within our profitable 10 year-old company.

The Director is responsible for managing the daily operation of the software division and ensuring its success. Currently, the Company develops and sells specialized application software in the tax and association management markets. Its current clients include GE, Smuckers, Orbitz, and others.

The Director plans and directs the following functions: sales and marketing, software product development, product launches, and customer support. The Director reports to the CEO and is a member of the Senior Management Team.

Initially, the Director will organize the division's work practices for optimum efficiency, relying on his/her personal skills to perform tasks, supported by a Sales and Marketing Manager and an off-shore development team.

As the Division grows, the Director will hire additional staff and coordinate their work to accomplish Division objectives. The Director is responsible for controlling the staff, contractors, workflow, and financial performance of the Namtra Software Division.

Qualifications - The person we hire for this growth position will have the following qualifications:

Experience leading software development projects and successfully launching them in commercial markets
Ability to be the "face" of a software product and the knowledge expert on its application
Knowledge of software product lifecycles, development protocols, and customer support best practices
Experience managing teams of international software developers
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting and managing for results
Exceptional project management skills
Business or IT-related degree; MBA preferred

Compensation Package:

$96,000 to $108,000 depending on experience
Company paid medical benefits
Performance-based bonus system

Manager, Business Development

The individual we hire will share our entrepreneurial spirit and have a "can do" attitude, along with the sales and marketing skills to help grow the Services Division of our profitable 10 year-old company.

The Manager is responsible for the Service Division's revenue and its relationships in the government contracting marketplace. Some travel is required.

The Manager plans and directs the business development, bid and proposal, and public affairs functions of the Services Division. Initially, the Manager will perform most of these duties. As the Division grows, the Manager will hire additional staff and coordinate their work to accomplish Division objectives. The Manager, Business Development reports to the Director, Services Division.

Qualifications - The person we hire for this growth position will have the following qualifications:

Experience identifying and sourcing government contract opportunities
Direct experience preparing bids and proposals
Current relationships in the Washington, DC area with government agencies, prime contractors, and sub-contractors
Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns
Savvy with internet marketing techniques and methods
Energized by working in an entrepreneurial setting and managing for results
Five years business development experience in government contracting
Bachelor's degree

Compensation Package:

Base salary ($60,000 to $72,000), plus incentives
Company paid medical benefits

Manager, Sales and Marketing

The individual we hire will share our entrepreneurial spirit and have a "can do" attitude, along with the sales and marketing skills to help grow the Software Division of our profitable 10 year-old company.

The Manager, Sales and Marketing is responsible for the Software Division's revenue and its relationships in the commercial marketplace. Some travel is required.

The Manager, Sales and Marketing plans and directs the marketing, sales, and public relations functions of the Software Division. Initially, the Manager will perform most of these duties. As the Division grows, the Manager will hire additional staff and coordinate their work to accomplish Division objectives. The Manager, Sales and Marketing reports to the Director, Software Division.

Qualifications - The person we hire for this growth position will have the following qualifications:

Experience launching software products
Direct experience selling software products to corporations
Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns
Savvy with internet marketing techniques and methods
Energized by working in an entrepreneurial setting and managing for results
Five years sales and marketing experience in the software industry
Bachelor's degree

Compensation Package:

Base salary ($50,000 to $65,000), plus attractive commission
